Founded in San Diego in 1980, Mail Boxes Etc. (“MBE”) evolved over time into one of the world’s largest international networks of franchised entrepreneurs operating retail-based business solutions to companies and private customers.

We empower private and business customers – mainly small and medium-sized companies – to improve productivity via outsourcing non-core needs and processes to MBE.

MBE Centers are managed by franchisees, independent entrepreneurs who operate under the MBE brand through a franchise agreement. Mail Boxes Etc., through its franchise business network, provides support services to companies and individuals. The main services we offer are logistics and shipping, carried out thanks to agreements from which franchisees benefit, signed by MBE with leading national and international courier companies.

The promotion of MBE services to businesses and individuals takes place through the commercial activities carried out by the MBE franchisee both inside and outside the point of sale (“farming”); the latter, specifically, represents a contractual obligation for each franchisee.
